Dear RML Team,


As we work toward our corporate KPIs, it's important that each of us sets clear, measurable goals that align with the Corporate KPIs. This will ensure our individual efforts contribute to RML's vision and strategy.


We encourage each of you to take the time with your supervisor and team to discuss your individual KPIs and make sure they align with the announced corporate KPIs. Once you’ve agreed on your goals, get approval from your supervisor and head of department.


Performance Appraisal Form is attached. Please choose the form that matches your Job Level for setting your Individual KPIs. and name the file using the following format when submitting it to HR.

2025 Performance Appraisal Form_Department_JobLevel_Name Surname

For example:

2025 Performance Appraisal Form_HR_AVP_Teeraporn Chainak


Please make sure to submit your finalized KPIs to HR by 21st March at Y2025. This will help us stay on track and ensure we're all working toward the same targets.


We’re also hosting an online training session on the PA form, where we’ll provide more details and answer any questions you might have. It’s a great opportunity to make sure you’re fully prepared for setting your KPIs.
